Question working at Ryanair

Hy, I was hoping to find some first hand info about Ryanair. So far I've been reading a lot of bitching and moaning mostly from outsiders; I would be really interested in some comments on how is really working for that company, better if from inside it.
I already have an airliner job, actually not too bad, but sometimes changing is good for you!! Thanks and Happy Landings

Why does everyone moan? I mean, you all see FR as easy pickings but none of you actually work for them?!

I do, and if your not afraid of a little hard work to earn the good money they actually pay then whats the problem?

O'Leary shouts his mouth off and some might say his time will come... but if or when it does, and its not going to happen for a very long time, the only reason I can see is that because FR are one of the only succesful companies around......???

Are you an expert or genuinely interested?

Read my reply on the Beauvais incident thread or ask anyone who works for us.

Sorry got to go

albo,

None of these posts probably help that much, but it IS a good idea to check through the search facility. In amongst all the rubbish from those who don't work for the company, are a few posts from Ryanair aircrew which shed some useful light on those contemplating the move.

The reports are generally quite favourable - work hard, pay hard seems to be the general ethos!!

ciao
