Nice friendly chit chat with the Chief Pilot and Deputy Chief Pilot.
Nothing Technical they will tell you a little about the airline ask questions about yourself and thats about it.

The only requirements I know of are the ability to accuratly fly the ILS and land in a 15kt cross wind while wearing Wellies.

and obviously don't say anything against sheep
