Unhappy Training Captain Pay

My employer has recently changed the method by which Training Captains are paid. I am interested in sourcing information on how other carriers pay Training Captains (i.e., a percentage of base pay for a training duty, a percentage of base pay per "active month", or fixed appointment allowance).

Any information volunteered would be greatly appreciated!

From my experience, a supplement of an extra 15 (sometimes 25) percent of the base pay.
And well worth it...

Tyrolean Airways:

250-325 EUR instructor base pay
15-25 EUR per block hour of instruction (15 for line flying under supervision, 25 for - rare - a/c training, in between for simulator)

Nice amount if a lot of instruction is going on.
