Red face Cargolux on fire!

Cargolux faces turmoil with its pilots after fooling around more than 2 years of negotiations.

Clinch over unsolved pension issue and pilot insurances will shake Cargolux.

Despite a new CEO has been appointed, situation has not been improved. On top 30% of available shares goes to Chinese Investment Group. 55 million USD profit in year 2002!

Bright future can be compromised and disrupted by bad management decision. Owners are not aware of internal problems arising in flight operations.

Spitfire, sorry to hear another otherwise excelelnt airline trying to shaft it's pilots.Since a jumbo freighter is even more expensive to sit on the ground uncrewed than a 737, let's hope the management see some sense, otherwise this dispute will be very similar to what is happening right now at easyJet.
Can someone please tell me why all airline management tries to screw it's pilots when times are tough, but cannot pay them enough when there is the usual shortage avery 10 years or so? What sadistic fascination do they get out of doing this?

The point you are trying to make has gotten lost in the absurdity of the title you have given this thread. Why don't you think about it? Why didn't you put it in Terms and Endearment? It's only going to get moved there anyway.
