As I have recently received an email from Ryanair about increased recruitment in early 2003 I would like to find out a little more about what it is like!
1. What is the contract rate for Captains and how does it work out in relation to a "normal" 737 Captain's salary in the UK (I am a current 737-300 Captain)
2. What do they charge you (or bond you) for the NG conversion?
3. How hard-to-find and how expensive is accomodation at Bergamo?
4.General comments about the workload and treatment by the company?
I would really appreciate any INFORMED comments on the above-- please no Ryanair bashers who haven't actually worked there!

Thanks opsmaneurope,
Doesn't sound all that fantastic once one takes account all the costs involved? What is the tax situation? Which country manages to grab a share of it? I also heard that one pays £1500 for a base check-- is this the case?
Any further informed comments greatly appreciated!
