Lauda Europe in 2025

Hi all,

Does anyone have any up-to-date info on Lauda Europe conditions? Latest I could find was from around 2022 on this forum. How have salary negotiations worked out for the VIE base? How do conditions now compare to the rest of the group (DAC / Buzz?).

Thank you!

Conditions are poor, with a huge turnover of pilots, and even locals are leaving. The future of the Airbus fleet is uncertain.
Consider this: In the last three years, three or four aircraft were returned to lessors, resulting in fleet reduction, while the company continues to hire DECs, DFOs, and cadets nonstop. That should sum it up.

To compare with DAC and BUZZ...its very base depandant but in general the MAY and DAC have better conditions and BUZZ is the worst.

The company is deserted. The aircraft operate without any pilots, and the management has departed. All that remains is an empty office.
