Hey folks, also looking for an opportunity to Air Astana, and need some advice. I'm 4300TT, 1700 jet PIC on ERJ175, 1000 jet SIC on the same jet. May need another couple of month to get over 4500TT, but just curious if there's a chance to get direct entry captain with this breakdown?
