Quickest command

Dear Fellow Pilots,

Could you please share some info on the companies that have a quick command upgrade timeline?
I am currently flying on the a320 but I do not mind to change to a different type.
I do not want to make a decision that sees me stuck for 10+ years waiting.

Thanks in advance

Where are you? Ryanair puts people in the left seat around 3000 hours.

Any European company that is in permanent recruitment mode will typically have a senior FO upgraded in 2 to 3 years if they are capable. The Eastern ACMIs, Wizz and FR.

Fastest so far i've seen was in the orange bunch, 15 months after joining fully checked out. However, that guy had plenty of hours joining and previous fleet management experience on the same type.

I heard DHK were upgrading within 6 months as well. Feast or famine.
