Quite likely most (if not all) the DEC positions will be filled by Singaporean captains who are currently flying abroad. I heard a good number applied and I tend to believe SIA will give preference to locals rather than expats.

Checking their requirements there is no mention about max age and recency, does anyone have detail about it?
