Not what I see. He's flown the 747 for over 10 years at a number of companies, started with Silk as an FO then got an upgrade. VP roles don't come easily. You can't buy them. I don't know him but know a few people who work there. They don't take prisoners. I sense some jealousy. I mean, I'm jealous of that hair too.

WHY?? look at his instagram and LinkedIn! he's TRE on 747, 777 its a very funny if not a dangerous.

Rumour has it that Birmingham fake tre is not happy with the low standards of the newly arrived turkish pilots!!!! maybe they're not ready to join in the $$$$$$ corruption.

If it’s his first command as well as the training job, then that is pretty fast; however, I was an FO and TRI/TRE at the same time on the 747-400, as were others in a large British Airline. I believe KLM had training FOs on the 747 too?

Yeah, aviation is full of FO tre tri who are young and sehr gut. i think the problem is that all silk pilots know what has happened and how much $$$$$ has been handed over. i suppose if you started out with your family paying for a 747 rating at 19 years old, then it must seem normal to pay for what you want

Silkway

To pay the guys in the office is a common practice in SW.
Even a lot of expats are doing it to get a nice roster with long layovers
in Osaka, Tokio or the US.
You can watch them every day walking to the office just before 19:00 Baku time,
with backpacks filled up with bottles of wine, expensive single malts etc.
Some even paying for the trips!
It‘s disgusting whats going on there!
They even give references for family member that they can study in Europe.
I am just happy I am not working for and with these sneaky f..s anymore.

Fake Jake

You couldn’t make it up!! Or could he 😂

Deputy VP Crew Training, Type Rating Examiner/Instructor (TRE/TRI) B747-400/-8, B777/787, Captain Boeing 747-400/-8 Line Training/Check Airman at Silk Way West Airlines

@ 32 years of age... REALLY!! Money crossing hands certainly not merit.

This is his LinkedIn profile!!! Shows a lack of maturity if nothing else.

Word has it he was recently at BA Heathrow Sim center struggling to operate the 777 sim panel during a recent LPC renewal to the dissatisfaction of the two pilots on the renewal!
