Getting Hired in the USA [As a Foreigner]

Hello,

Anyone with recent immigration experience know if it is easy (or not) to get hired in the USA! T's&C's look real good right now, good enough to warrant a switch to FAA license.

As a British/European national with 2-3000H total time on Airbus and current would it be easy or difficult to get employed and what would the visa process look like?

Thanks again!
