Ryanair - base change

Hi guys,
I'm considering joining Ryanair as CPT and I'm collecting some experience from guys already there.

How many times did You have your base changed?
Or how many years have your been working without changes ?

No one in Ryanair has their base changed unless they request it, or if their base is downsized / closed or if you’re promoted from FO to Capt. If you’re in a larger base and want to stay there for the rest of your time in the company you will be able to.
