No doubt. A fair few probably won't come back and they'll end up short of people again. When is anyone's guess.

restrictive in terms of commuting to work, you have to be there a day in advance if you are jumpseating.

They are seconding pilots to BA and TUI because of delays in delivery of the 777s. Nobody has been offloaded.

The FO I spoke to in Jan said he's starting a secondment to Tui in March and was complaining that crews were lucky to be getting one or two sectors a month! I guess it depends on who you speak to...

Out of interest, what are some of the reasons secondees have stayed at BA?
