You need a residence within 90min, what you do on your OFF days is your business, how you get to and from EMA as well. ;-)
You can use the jumpseat, but use and availability is quite restrictive.
By residence, a hotel address will suffice. By restrictive, I'm not sure what you mean.. I there's a spot, you can get on board.
