I have seen the recent flyer BA have produced with salary and benefits highlighted. The Long Haul salary is only up to year 7, is anyone able to provide the full FO/SFO pay scales akin to the Virgin table on their thread? Have taken a look on PPJN but it seems to be somewhat out of date.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

BA Assessment Information
There seems to be a fair number of applicants interested in this. If anyone does have information related to the assessments it would be beneficial if its a public post as it would help a lot of other people as well. Thank you in advance!

The LH scale goes up linearly every year till the top at Year34 so just extrapolate out from those figures.
The short-haul scale starts at the same point and also goes up linearly over 34yrs, but each increase is only 72% of the LH increase.
Capt salary is 1.33x the FO salary on the same fleet and paypoint.

Based on the current bid run for the 2024 training year, very very short. You would have to join as an FO, then assuming you met the experience requirements, place a bid for P1 on the A320. That bid would be processed. There are pilots who joined in 2023 who have been given a successful P1 bid for 2024, so 1-2 years.

that great news glidehigh !
Thank you for the info.
I have booked a Crew Capacity test for 1 hours in LHR.
Is anybody in this phase?
Will these be only tests or will there be also an interview?
Thank you for your help!

No time in BA requirement if you have 1000hrs PIC on type or 2000hrs PIC on a different transport category type.
If you meet these requirements, there will probably be a command available at LHR or LGW as soon as you can put a bid in. The caveat being that these are unpopular on the junior end for a variety of well documented reasons.
