Criteria for becoming SFO in easyjet

I notice easyjet have 2 pay scales, one for FOs and one for SFOs. Does one become an SFO automatically on getting 1500 hours (eg) unfrozen ATPL?
Thanks

I believe that if you are a Captain on any jet other than a Boeing or Airbus, you get offered an SFO position with a view that you will fast track to the L/H Seat in about 6 months. If you've got 1500hrs don't hold your breath. Hope this helps.
