Data regarding pay cut
Hi
I need some data regarding pay cut agreements in your airlines..
i was asked by our pilot union to get some information, from other airlines, to back up
our claims in negotiation with management..
I am flying for a tiny airline which exists 70 years.. (Arkia)
before COVID 19 we’ve been operating 5 EMB 195 and 3 A321 neo (LR)..
captain salary was about 180$ per hour, FO was earning 90$ an hour..
minimum monthly payment was 80 hours flight time..
we have been asked to agree to around 25% reduction..
I will appreciate some data from you guys and girls, in terms of initial salaries
and the reduction in percentage..
