Post Non Resident for Tax purposes

I would love to get in touch with somebody that has had a problem with the Inland Revenue as Non Resident but working for a UK AIrline/long Haul (BA) and not paying UK tax and living in France or Jersey.

FYI

The EU is now trying to force low tax areas (like Cayman) to sign an agreement that would require them to reveal the interest earned on deposits of EU residents! and the UK Govt. is supporting the initiative!

The only saving grace I see, is that UK taxes are based on residency and not on citizenship!
