Britannia Payscales
Does anybody have any idea as to the payscales for a second officer with BY?
I am type rated and have 1200hrs total with 1000 757 time....
any help appreciated, also is time to command still 12 years plus????

That would be S/O grade 3, until you get 1500 hrs when you get upgraded to F/O.
S/O group 3 gets £32105 pa.
F/O gets £36681 pa
Annual increment plus negotiated pay rise each year.
A considerable number of F/O’s are still waiting for command after 14 years service.
