Hi,
Small family business. I believe they have 2 contracts outside Hungary: government subsidies in Finland and Croatia. The third AC is doing intl. charters for sports teams, etc.
I doubt if the T&C's are in line with the experience such operations require. Could be a good stepping stone for someone in the beginning of their career to gain some experience as an FO, however if they require to pay for TR just forget about it. Same goes for DEC's. As long as they don't want any up front cash nor they deduct for the type should be fine for a while, otherwise it means that they are just unaware or totally ignorant of the current job market in Europe. Now would you like work somewhere like that?
