Sufficient high quality SFOs
I hope you were trying to say high QUALIFIED SFO...... not qualiTy FO.
If not, I dont know WHY they, EX-Tcx, must have "HELP" to find a new Job if they are SOOOOOO good pilots and they had Sooooo high quality..... Why they need help and they need Direct Entry jobs???
Your sentence is amazing

Smithy without giving myself away I know the recruiting team well and they are very unlikely I believe to waive that level of experience. I can’t say definitively but to increase your chances as a type rating candidate I would increase your experience on type to well above 500 hours. Understandably a higher standard is expected from a type rated pilot which has not always been achieved from those with the minimum hours. For all I know you could be Chuck Yeager incarnate but I would wait a while. Good luck either way.
