seems that Aeroflot has rised the capt salary yo to 635.000 rubles (gross, taxes are 13%)
Still the same benefits for tickets, hotel accommodation ,medical insurance and the 70 days of annual leave.
as far as I know some expats there a quite happy and going home every month.
Has someone more accurate info in regards the new salary?

Previous case I can find is that the salary annonced in medais was 470 000 rubles but due to some deductions (social?), gross was 405 600 rubles (and minus 13% here).
Additionally, annonced amount is based on quarter and annual bonuses (so it can be cancelled individually due to personal issues or massively due to econimical problems of airline as said here: http://www.shpls.org/press/video/1868/view/ at 16:29 if you understand Russian)
This is an article on independent pilot association's website: ??? 470 ???. ???.? / ??????? / ?????????????? ???????? ??????? ???????
Otherwise there is a welcome bonus of 650 000 rubles and other benefits, of course

Thanks for the info will try to translate.
This is what I found in Aeroflot webpage so the numbers don't match, that's because my question:
Moscow, 15 February 2018 – Aeroflot has substantially increased salaries for captains of its aircraft since the beginning of 2018. The average monthly salary for captains of long-haul aircraft (Boeing 777, Airbus A330) now averages RUB 650,000, while captains of medium-haul aircraft (Boeing 737, Airbus A320 family) earn on average RUB 635,000.

So, what’s the current story on Aeroflot ? Lots of young, low-timers but not enough captain material ?
Found this article but it’s behind a pay wall so can’t see the details:

Found this ad for Aeroflot captains…not sure how current it is:

The original roster is 5/3 , and yes you can commute whenever you want.
you got 70 days vacation per year adn it should be possible for you to let´s piece toghether your roster with the Annual leave days to something more comfortable liek for example if you choose to use 24 of the A/L days you can get a 5/5 roster and still have 46 A/L days left. or you can have longer periods like lets say 10 days on and 8 days OFF . It is all a bit flexible and they will try to schedule a roster that suits you as long as you still work the right amounts of days etc etc. Also if you are 5 people or more from one specific base , where they fly to, you could possibly get a "remote" base meaning starting and ending at your home , I would not expect this to be working all the time. but even if it works out half the time it would make a huge difference

Aeroflot Salary
What is the experience with the reliability of being paid 635.000 ?
Heard that this amount "might be paid" when you fly your ass of around 90 hours?
Anything below will mean lower salary.
Please correct me if this is wrong

Accommodation is a standard Novotel, exactly the same as in France/Spain. 5-10 min walking distance from briefing room. Has swimming pool (indoors) and fitness room. You get a full board too.
The quoted money is correct for a captain with 3+ years of seniority and this is net, after tax.
You get all the fleet destinations (domestic and international) except a few "Russian users only"
Atmosphere on board and CRM: never had any problem with. You, as a captain, are pretty much responsible for "setting the tone".
