Previous case I can find is that the salary annonced in medais was 470 000 rubles but due to some deductions (social?), gross was 405 600 rubles (and minus 13% here).
Additionally, annonced amount is based on quarter and annual bonuses (so it can be cancelled individually due to personal issues or massively due to econimical problems of airline as said here:
