WOW interview
Hi all,
I have seen previously threads on WOW but they seem to be more on the operational side or accommodation some references to captain. I wanted to see if anyone could give some idea on the interview it is only 30 minutes allegedly but, is it more tech? or personal?

Pretty straightforward:
- 30 odd question a320 sys test (smartcockpit.com quiz is your friend)
- interview with hr and chief/technical pilot on the usual questions - non tech
- 500+ question psychometry test (true false answers and available in most languages)
- std sim profile, just like everywhere else.
Expect answer after a few weeks as psychometry test evaluation takes a while.
