Pros & Cons of Easyjet LGW Base

A friend is looking to return to the U.K. from the Sandbox and is considering Easy with his Airbus rating. I've heard anecdotally about the LGW operation some of the good and the bad.

Can any LGW-based Easy pilots share their perspective on the pros and cons of being based out of LGW? Why should someone bid or avoid a LGW base? I realise people can have different opinions and perspectives.

PMs also welcome.

Iver,

Are you a real professional pilot? I don't think you are! Ive seen some of your previous posts and it looks suspiciously like you just troll these and other forums asking fictitious and fake questions about random topics.

Don't waste people's time!

CL,

This is a legitimate question for many people considering Easyjet and where to base - and opinions will vary. Your own response is a waste of time for those interested in the subject. Please go back to Russia where you can control information flows and bully people at will.

Well you were apparently outed on the GA/Bizjet forum by someone who has put you on their ignore list for wasting people's time. Go see the similar question you asked about Vistajet and your friend in the Far East. Others on that forum also agree.

However, you have my humble apologies if you are one of those people with loads of friends who don't have access to the internet or cannot type on a keyboard, despite apparently flying some of the most sophisticated and modern jets in the world!

Come on guys, give him a break. If you can answer the question then great, if not then just hit the back button and get on with your lives. His intentions or who it's for are largely irrelevant, if you can and want to help him then that's a bonus, if you can't and won't help him then move on
