VJW. No that's just my contributions. The company puts in 12% plus .10% for each 1% Smart AVC's. Pay goes up in the 34 point scale now which is between 1500-2000 a year roughly. Roster stability is very good it's just rosters that are very variable depending on where you sit seniority wise. I looked at moving the other way and the unknowns for regional basing, roster stability and workload made it easier to stay put.

Roster stability at easyJet is pretty awful. It's not unusual to have 2 or 3 changes per 5 day block. Some are worse than others, lots more changes in summer and on lates. From my friends at BA roster stability there is much better.
