VJW. No that's just my contributions. The company puts in 12% plus .10% for each 1% Smart AVC's. Pay goes up in the 34 point scale now which is between 1500-2000 a year roughly. Roster stability is very good it's just rosters that are very variable depending on where you sit seniority wise. I looked at moving the other way and the unknowns for regional basing, roster stability and workload made it easier to stay put.
