no experience with these guys but THE importnat thing is to get someone who knows the industry and (preferably) the airline
Its amazing what you discover other people are getting (or getting away with) when you talk to an experienced accountant - and they can quote chapter & verse back at any enquiries from the tax or HR mob if they ask about things
Watch out for el-cheapo's - you often get what you pay for..................

Why not ring up HMRC and ask them?
Just tell them that you're flying for one airline through an employment agency, but that you've been told to set up a limited company with two other new starters.
Do be sure to tell HMRC that you're not allowed to select your own accountant, but one of only 3 that the agency (airline) allow you to choose.
Also, be sure to tell them that you are forbidden from working elsewhere by the agency (airline), even though you're a limited company.
Show them a copy of your roster, and explain that you're not allowed to substitute your services with that of anyone else, as the agency (airline) tell you when you must work, where you must work and how much you must work.
This arrangement fails the "am I an employee" test on EVERY level.
I hope that HMRC are actually reading this. Maybe they will offer some free advice.

Better to use one from liste they know all dodges. In Italy they cut my tax bill from 42000 euro to just 27000 and there cost was only 6000 so saved monie big time ok have few other costs for company but that's only 2500 euro a year

Not really SD as in Greece you must produce tax certificat for money and if freelancer (self employed) it comes harder. If 75% of income is from one company then tax is flat rate. After credit crises all normal deductions were taken from us so we cannot claim all expenses we were used to doing. Tax starts at 42% after 51000 euro. Accountant needed to do 2 years tax bargan as tax year is overlapped employment year, so its reasonable. Hoping next year will be lot less.

Mr Narrow is correct.
The issue, though, is that the Revenues in various countries see people and companies as individuals, and as none of this has been found to be "crime", yet, then each Revenue/employer/individual solution works just for one individual.
In the UK, whilst the "substitute someone else to do the work" test is critical, HMRC have ducked out of testing this too hard in the IT sector.
It is the IT sector that sets the rules in the UK - not aviation.

What I find crackers about the whole affair, is how ryanair effectively get away with goverments paying for what they should! For example you can claim 150e accomodation and food during tr, ryan dont pay for this, the country does via dodgy accounting. Same with passes, farm it out to the pilots 'company' it gets expensed and the country effectively foots the bill...
And airlines moan that the middle east carriers get subbed by their sheiks, looks like every single eu country is subbing an irish carrier unwittingly...

Also they made me feel like I worked for them and not the other way round! Awful service.
Also, they changed my company without asking if that's wha I wanted. Then they wouldn't supply details of everyone else under that umbrella company.
Scanlan is supposed to be easy going.

In addition to what has been said above, C+ very rigid approach to what you can claim, whereas Scanlon works for you. You can confirm all this by contacting them and ask the appropriate questions as to how they will represent you.
