Why not ring up HMRC and ask them?
Just tell them that you're flying for one airline through an employment agency, but that you've been told to set up a limited company with two other new starters.
Do be sure to tell HMRC that you're not allowed to select your own accountant, but one of only 3 that the agency (airline) allow you to choose.
Also, be sure to tell them that you are forbidden from working elsewhere by the agency (airline), even though you're a limited company.
Show them a copy of your roster, and explain that you're not allowed to substitute your services with that of anyone else, as the agency (airline) tell you when you must work, where you must work and how much you must work.
This arrangement fails the "am I an employee" test on EVERY level.
I hope that HMRC are actually reading this. Maybe they will offer some free advice.
