Move from A320 to B777

Hello to all,

Been flying the A320 for quite some time. TT on type +10k.
Need a change.
Would like to move to B777.
What would be my options?

All (serious) thoughts helpful.

Perhaps Qatar or the other huge non-EK UAE carrier. I wouldn't quit a position flying the Bus for either carrier unless you got that in writing but I doubt they would provide it. I know in the past that QR hired A320 pilots from Olympic who were placed onto the 777 - but that could have been due to fleet need at the time. No promises...

In QR if you donīt have wide body experience as a Captain, you will be recruited on A320!. But, you can expect maybe a fleet transfer after 2-3 years.

Considering a company with better lifestyle (whatever it means to you: more money, more days off, better working climate) and not giving a about what aeroplane you'll fly?
