Aegean screening process - Summer 2013

Hello all.

I will be attending next month assesments for Aegean, its my first time with them and I do not have any information about their screening process.

I have only read here that for experienced pilots, in previous years, they have just made short interviews and the Sim check. Is it that true?
Have someone passed their screening process in the past?

Thank you very much.

three years ago the process was as follows:
first day psychometric tests and problem solving tests in a classroom
second day group exercise
if succesful and non type rated: sim assesment at aegean's facilities on a generic pc based sim
if type rated a320 sim assesment at lufthansa facilities in germany

i dont believe it has changed since

I believe you are going there as direct entry Captain for summer. so the description of our Cypriot friend is not very accurate .This is for f/o with 250 hours and permanent contract and almost no experience.
I believe (I am not sure) you can expect a typical airline assessment . few questions ,CRM skills, know your plane , engine out , go around , bla bla...
Regards
