SXF base
what’s it like in SXF? Route network, colleagues etc.
the €160,000 gross salary works out about €8,000 net per month according to an online tax calculator, seems okay, is that a good wage for Berlin cost of living?
Thanks.

I’m based in Portugal with Easy, DEC and I love it. It’s a fantastic place to work, straightforward days, great crews and contract reasonable for what I need. Each to there own lifestyle depended on what your needs are but suites me perfectly. Anybody interested I have plenty of info regarding contracts, taxes, assessment commuting etc etc so feel free to message with any questions and I’ll be happy to answer. The contract is certainly not rubbish as others have said and CERTAINLY not a terrible place to work.

Easyjey NTR Portugal base. Is it a set roster 5/4? Is there a roster option for pilots to commute to Portugal, like 20 days On, 10 days off?
Thanks

I'd like some info also about Amsterdam base. I have to give my 2 choices of bases. I'd like to start with a 'busy' one where I can have a lot of destinations. That's why I'll ask Gatwick and I am interesting about Amsterdam as well.

I'm EASA A330 rated. From EZ recruitment website :
A330/40 Captains will complete a self-funded CCQ with our preferred training provider (CAE) prior to easyJet employment
So they don't consider me as rated, as I'm still required to shell out for the CCQ?
Anyone have any idea how much this is ?
Last time I looked at EZ (it was over 2 years ago) , they didn't mention having to pay for a CCQ, just considered the A330 as rated. Or did I miss something?!

Also - Is it possible for someone from the UK to join straight into a french base / french contract? Or do you have to be based in the UK initially and then shift across via the internal transfer list?
I REALLY SHOULDN'T BE HERE
Gross salary available on PPJN, sector pay usually £1,000 to £1,800ish depending on how busy you are. This also depends on what you bid for ie 4 or 2 sector days. Plenty of people are keen to swap off extra long duties so if you are looking to bump your salary up by a few hundred per month you can do that reasonable easily.
