CTC Flexicrew recruiting experienced A320 rated FO's for EZY
Intrigued Pilot RECRUITING NOW....CTC is currently recruiting experienced A320 rated First Officers for easyJet.
CTC FlexiCrew for quality, qualified Pilots
We launched CTC FlexiCrew in response to the changing needs of our clients. Today’s operators need to be streamlined in their approach to resourcing, but this does not mean they should accept a reduction in the quality of their crew.
Our standards are high and accordingly pilots who wish to apply for a position through CTC FlexiCrew should be prepared to demonstrate that they have all the right qualities and skills. Applicants for an advertised position must therefore be prepared to undergo a selection interview and simulator assessment prior to placement. In return we will commit to working actively on your behalf to find a position commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
Different lifestyles suit different people - you may be interested in a long term commitment or a short term contract placement. CTC FlexiCrew is essentially termed contract placement, but if you are looking for more security, registering with could well lead to an employed position. Many of our CTC FlexiCrew pilots are subsequently offered employment opportunities with their airline, so registering with CTC FlexiCrew could well lead to an employed position.
Pilots who wish to register on our database for future opportunities can do so here. Once registered, we will keep you in touch as we confirm the discussions we are currently having with a variety of operators. If you have any queries or questions about CTC FlexiCrew please see our FAQ page. To apply for any existing vacancies, please do so through our careers section here
