B727 crews needed in UK?

Just saw this advert on latest pilot jobs. Looks intresting but it's a bit vague and their website was not much help either. Does anyone have any more info on it?

The company started in 2005 and is owned by a couple of ex RAF harrier pilots, they own the display team the blades along with what they describe as flying laboratories. By the looks of their criteria there looking to snap the unemployed multi engine crews that the Air force has had to cut.
