With SXS, Domestic Routes are fixed prices, around 25TL a leg, International routes are limited to 2 free ( tax only) Then at discounted rate. After 6 months you qualify for Lufthansa limited to 12 tickets a year and after one year qualify for THY at discounted rates. Beware ALL TICKETS ARE STANDBY. also the international routes are usually full. The discounted THY tickets and LTH are from mainly from IST as they do not fly many international routes from other bases. Usually it is better to buy a confirmed ticket from the internet as the discounted THY can be more expensive and on a standby basis than the cheap tickets on line. LTH flights are always full and you feel like a piece of baggage waiting to be loaded. These rosters are not commutable as there are only one triple off by request and you can start early after a day off, also if you are at one of the Anadolujet bases you will have to get to a main base first to get back to Europe. Of course, if you are on the 75% roster then it is possible to sneak home for maybe 4 days clear a month, but... to guarantee the flights you should buy regular tickets. Lastly, to get THY tickets you need to physically go to IST airport first, they are not issued electronically but LTH ones are by staff travel dept. To travel from your base on a domestic route before the commute, you need to request a ID ticket as have it in your hand, this can take 3 days.
