Isn't it interesting. A genuine enquiry about T&C generates little interest. Nothing controversial or bitchy, so no interest!
Oh well.

Over 7 grand a month is very interesting, but as in all things, the devil is in the detail.
Hours flown, days off, holiday allowance, staff travel, medical insurance, management support etc.
These are the things that really make your life pleasant or otherwise
Anyone else got more info on T&Cs and not just wonga?

Hi All:
all types the same?...is that basic salary? plus hours and per diem maybe? it would be interesting to have an idea of the total package, is the school allowance enough to cover school costs? retirement fund? etc... I have learned as an contract pilot that there is a lot of things that you never consider before leaving for a seemingly better job, insurance, stability..etc,......anyway, the point is, is it worth to leave a 777 renewable contract in Asia, for an indefinite contract and sacrifice a bit of money and quality of life for job security?....
comments welcome

Government jobs for Qataris received a large increase but not for QR. QR had a payrise earlier in the year which amounted to about 12% of the total (monthly cash in your pocket).

Back to the payrise mentioned above:
30%..60%..100%+.. increase has been intoduced recently for Qataris employees only..in some government jobs (Banks,...),.with the arab spring all around,we never known:..militaries got a 200% payrise...
A simple coincidence...
