Command Upgrade Bonds

Sure I've seen a thread for this before, but darned if I can find it.

Does your current employer bond/rebond you for moving to the left seat, and if so how much and for how long?

Thanks for any replies!

Universal 3 year, 28 500€, non-decreasing bond for anything: new joiner, type rating, command course on same type, command course with type rating... you name it.

It's getting better, it used to be 32 000 over 5 years.

Is this thread you're looking for?

Nick its 5000 Euro over 24 months- and it doesn't reduce. So if you leave 1 year 364 days after command line check you still owe 5000 euro if I'm not mistaken..

Cheers Clandestino, know I'd seen something somewhere!

Thanks to the others that replied too. Anybody got anything else to add? Particularily interested in UK/EU regionals.

Thanks again
