The nightstops are EDI, GLA, MAN, JER, BLQ and NAP. There are always rumours of new nightstops and they do vary between summer and winter schedules. There's a rumour that AMS may return as an example.
4 sector days vary. A relatively easy one could be MAN return & JER return (or 'doubles', as they're known). Some of the worse ones are a GOA-VRN double or a MAN-NAP double. Most people are not a big fan of doubles but at the bottom of the list you have to make sacrifices somewhere so if you really want a particular weekend off then you may end up having to do some.
