Emirates FO actual pay
After reading the website I have some questions for those that ACTUALLY work for Emirates please:
• Hourly Flying Pay
An Hourly Flying pay is paid on block hours up to a threshold of between 83 to 92 hours.
Productivity Pay
Productivity Pay is also available for block hours worked above the monthly Hourly Flying Pay threshold of between 83 to 92 hours.
1. How much is the hourly flying pay for FOs?
2. How much is the productivity pay for FOs?
3. How is the threshold calculated? ie between 83 and 92 hours?
4. What would I be paid if I worked say 90 hrs for the month? ie starting salary + hourly flying pay + productivity pay?
Thanks for taking the time to answer

Cheers "what goes up". I'll buy you a beer if I ever get over there!!!
A decent reply such as yours I near impossible to get in the middle east forum it seems.....
Glad there are a few true gentlemen (and ladies) frequenting this bulletin board.

By the way, if you go into productivity pay, you don't get the hourly flying pay as well. So in Feburary for instance if you did 85 hours you would get 83 hours at 45 Dhs and 2 hours at 425 Dhs. Both hourly pay and productivity pay are calculated on scheduled block hours, not on what you actually fly.
Naturally enough the rosters tend to take you as close as they can to the productivity threshold without going over it. They are very good at this. On the Airbus you will almost never see productivity pay, on the 777 it is a little more common.

I'll second BigGeordie - have NEVER hit productivity pay on the airbus in three and a half years here! (Have been bloody close on lots of occasions though, as he says, they are VERY good at doing that to you!!)
