What changes were made to the DB pension scheme in BA in the past three years?

In a nutshell, pay more or get less. The DB scheme is closed to new entrants.

BACF have our own CC and our pay and pay deals are separate from that of mainline.
Our 2% paydeal was only backdated until July 1st 2010. From July 2009 until July 2010 we had a 1 year pay freeze, i.e. no incremental yearly pay increases. I believe our CC are just starting pay negotiations with our company.

If you want the same accrual you have to pay significantly more, or you can pay the same for lower accrual. More accrual options being looked at now due to gov tax changes.
