Absolutely agree with fourgolds:
There is no way EK will ever go to basings based upon the following:
1) there is no way they would ever allow pilots to have the possibility of any form of a "non-UAE labour" (ie slavery) arbitration mechanism to determine what is an acceptable change to terms and conditions (which they have abused repeatedly over the past 3 years), and
2) there is no need to change because there is so much "fresh meat" they feel they can attract to EK via their current terms and conditions.
Once (2) changes; then (1) might change. Until then...those that come please prepare to give up your soul (family and career) to the sandpit or move on to other jobs that offer something better.
