Change for Swiss Pilots with Lufthansa in the business?

Hello,

Question for Swiss pilots..
I'm flying the Avro RJ for Brussels Airlines and was wondering what had happened since the take over of Swiss by Lufthansa?
Brussels Airlines is in the process of being completely taken over by Lufthansa, but the deal says that the company should stay independant in the management.

I would like to know what has changed to Swiss pilots after LH coming into the business? Any positive or negative point?

Thank you for any info, as we don't know what to expect....

You will hopefully in the not too distant future get rid of that awful BAe/Avro thingy that I have had to ride in to BRU every now and then...

They have not renewed a number of FO's contracts in favour of placing LH cadets in the right seat instead.

Oceancrosser: Ok it RJ is my first plane, so I don't know for the rest, but I really appreciate flying it.... it's a very good aircraft, never had any major technical failure in a few years, huge cockpit for a small aircraft, excellent pilot confort....

They have not renewed a number of FO's contracts in favour of placing LH cadets in the right seat instead... it is cheaper
