Could anyone give some info's on what to expect on the sim/interview for a320 pic,

Whats your total time ? and how did you get an interview? I tried both the recruitment agency and direct to the company but they said they arent recruiting.

Direct Personnel and Sigmar are recruiting but apparently they are currently only seeking native English speaking pilots. They might have to re-assess this requirement if necessary...it was also mentioned that this requirement is due to the poor English among the local pilots..are the expats suppose to assist in teaching the locals the lingo?

And what is the objective then of having the Enlish level on our licenses??
