Medavia T's & C's

Hi guys,

I see new info. on ppjn.com regarding Medavia.
No more flight pay or daily food allowence just the monthly basic now??
Can any one flying/working for them confirm or deny this?

Thanks,

Tara.

Medavia

That is correct. 28 days on / 28 days off. travelling now in Off- time. 6000 Euro per month for a DHC 8 captain, plus 30 Euro / per duty day. No additional payments. BUPA insurance and loss of licence, but all very basic and HR is really slow with that, some pilots still donīt have it after almost a year.

NO you still get food / travel allowance, it has increased to 47.50 Euros Max a day and the salaries have been increased. All the pilots get the same salary no matter where you are from, Some Dash 8 Captain now get 6100 and B1900 get 5555 and the Casa gets 5000. F/O gets starting from 3000 to 4150 pending Level.

Some pilots have left Medavia in the past few months but mostly some of them have moved up to a bigger airplanes, and some moved on because they didn't like where they were from day one (Grouch).

The company is growing and it is trying to find a pace for how to grow.

Xarula,
In the Contract flying buisness, It's pretty normal to wait before to be sent in a mission somewhere... can be many reasons, but most of the time, the Ops have to add you to the roster, in which you "back to back" is nicely sitting...so you might have to wait for the guy to be back of his rotation, to start yours...It always take a while for the roster to stabilize..

Patience my friend..

Despflyier,

You must do the research yourself just like everyone else has had to do.

Use Medavia's web site or PPJN to gather the information you want, I am sure there are threads on here you use.
