Eurofly/Contractair 2008
Hi guys
I have been offered a 1 yr contract from Contractair to fly A330 for Eurofly. I am eager to sign up and I've looked through the earlier threads but still have some questions;
Contractair as employer
Are they ok? Do they still employ you in Jersey? Financial stability? Other comments?
Eurofly as company
Nationalities? A big mix or mostly Italians (don't mind!)? Working environment? 2-pilot operations on all sectors? Roosters? Many/long layovers? What about what I read that a lot of contracts ending Oct-08? A lot of new pilots to be hired or do they renew the contracts?
Milan and surroundings
Easy to find an apartment? Thinking of living a bit in the "countryside" (Lago Maggiore area?) to have a chance to improve my, non-existing, Italian. Or would I feel deserted there? If you happen to now anything available, don't hesitate to drop me a line.
Thanks

Milan
The area around Malpensa offers plenty of possibilities .. arguably its the best part of Italy to be based in. Good access to the Alps and the big lakes. Plenty of neat small towns within easy commute, and Milan itself (best accessed by train) is fab.
That, plus one of the nicest aircraft types to fly ?
If the contract and the terms are good you are in for a treat !
