Grand China Express - WASINC Contract

Anyone have experience with the contract for WASINC Grand China Express?
I am curios about the penalties if I choose to return to the states prior to contract termination. I am very close to singing up for a EMB145 Captain spot but I want to know all the details before I take the leap.
I have read most of the previous posts about WASINC and little specifics are said about the contracts in China, what recourse do companies have if you brake and run? What if they run? (This one should be easy, none I assume.)
It seems that China is not right for everyone, but do most of you agree that for the right person and with the right company it can be a great job?

Thanks much.

You Xjt? I've been thinking of going over as well, but kinda nervous? Two years can be a long time!

Two years is not that long. If you are furloughed and you don't have options in the States at the moment, why not spend a few years in China? Could be an eye-opening experience. I would not leave the US thinking that you could cut and run in less than 2 years. Go there expecting to stay at least 2 years and then gut it out. With that said, I would not leave a Captain position in the US for a Captain position in China. Only leave if you get an upgrade out of deal.

Good luck.

Why not fly in China as a Captain?
