What I learn is that their operation works out fine.Is their anybody out their sharing an inside view.
How ist the roster,atmosphere, prospects for the future ?

A mate of mine has an assessment coming up for OS. I understand recruitment and selection has been taken in house with BA and is now conducted at The Rivers, Cranebank.

So prospects for the future may be Main Senority List of BA ?

Helmut F - if only it were that simple - OS will not be exposed to the contamination of mainline BA - we have been told. So unlikely. What is more likely is that OS will out grow the mother ship and slowly consume it......
