2008 Pay Reviews. Yes or No ?

I'm interested to know the current situation particularly with the UK airlines, as to whether or not there are pay reviews expected this year.

With the economic situation both in the UK and globally, are companies still generally giving at least cost of living increases or not.

5.6% at my mob(major UK airline).

All due to exceptionally good BALPA company council.

5.6% was second year of two year pay deal with next year (2009/2010) being a minimum of RPI - as stated above all due to exceptionally good BALPA company council.

A 2 year deal doesn't seem quite so bad now.

AFU, sounds like a BALPA spambot got on here!

P.S Jet2Bit offered their pilots 2% ... P Meekon loves getting one over on his crew. What a guy!!
