Well, they both have an internet site and you find the correct addresses. Both are hiring, I think. Pay rates are listed on ppjn.net.

Do you have any of the two required ratings?

You don't need a MD-90 rating for Hello - although it would probably help!

A colleague of mine enquired about joining hello and was told that he would not need to pay for the rating and that he would be bonded in the traditional manner.

I think it depends on your friends background. If you have lots of experience, you may be accepted with a bond. I know a few friends with not so much experience who would have to have to pay.
