Titan T&C

Just saw that Titan are looking to recruit 757/767 f/o's. Anyone know what kind of deal is being offered - salary, general terms and conditions, is the type self-sponsored or company sponsored, etc?

Seems more geared toward cadet pilots - requirement of 200TT & MCC with TR self funded & the availability to start within 30-60 days. One would guess a cadet type salary initially.

Roster: Random, charter style rostering (No 4 on, 4 off pattern)
Hours/year: 400-500 flying hrs
Leave: 45 days p.a
Pension: Pension 3% from company and private health (amended)
Medical: Company pay for it
Lifestyle etc: Nature of airline's work means lots of stanby's and variety. Overall very good company that look after their pilots and dont work them as hard as low-co airlines

Twogoodstarts,

A final salary pension? Are you sure about that? It may be worth checking those facts again?

does anyone know the FO payscales???

Also, it is a self funded TR, i take it that you would not be on a cadet/training salary scale???

Not really in that market now, no ...... if it had come up a couple of years ago maybe, but hey such is life, eh. Just thought it may have been an interesting prospect! Thanks for the info anyway.

From people I know there, Titan seem like one of the better companies to work for.

No use for T&C's I'm afraid, but it does seem to be a happy place.
